Tyr was a Black Templars Chaplain.^[1]

History

Over his two hundred and fifty years of service, Tyr was always a specter on the battlefield and the populations of many Imperial worlds owed their survival to the Chaplain's actions. While he repeatedly proved himself to be a hero of the Imperium, Tyr became a legend after he killed an Ork Warboss in single combat, during the defense of Kray World. However his service to the Imperium ended, after the Chaplain was slain while fighting in the Dark Crusade's^[1] Gathrog Campaign,^[2] against the Green Kroosade's Ork hordes.^[1]

Tyr was created for the Dark Crusade Campaign, by the Hobby Center staff of Games Workshop's Northridge store^[1] in Northridge, California, USA.^[3]
