Tyrantine Cabal
The Tyrantine Cabal is a division of the Holy Ordos of the Calixian Inquisition obsessed with the secret lore related to the phenomenon known as the Tyrant Star.[1]
Overview
Ignorance of the Tyrant Star is due in large part to the efforts of the Tyrantine Cabal ensuring that any puzzle piece to the mystery of the Tyrant Star remains fragmented or erased.[3]
The masters of the Tyrantine Cabal have long suspected that secret knowledge of the Tyrant Star is held by the Haarlock lineage of Rogue Traders.[1]
Collegium Tenebrae
The Collegium Tenebrae is the ultra-secret conspiracy at the heart of the Tyrantine Cabal. The Tenebrae Collegium is dedicated to gathering dangerous knowledge about the Tyrant Star and preventing it from being discovered and used by others who might misuse it. As far as they're concerned, this is nearly anyone outside their their Collegium, Inquisition or not.[2]
The Collegium Tenebrae uses highly experienced Acolytes known as Spectre Cells. These hand-picked Inquisitorial kill-teams serve the hidden Tenebrae Collegium by gathering knowledge, artefacts, and eliminating rivals or witnesses with deadly force. The Collegium's training programs produce highly trained, ruthlessly efficient, and unbreakable operatives. One such kill-team is Spectre Cell 17, consisting of four operatives.[2]
