Ulan Cicerus was a Ultramarines Commander during the Great Crusade.[1a]
Cicerus had command of his Legion's 15th Chapter and of the 413rd Expeditionary Fleet.[1a] He was killed during the final assault of the Fall of the Lords of Gardinaal.[1b]
