Ulghata is a Scourgemaster.^[1]

History

In M42, he became a commander of one of Abaddon the Despoiler's Ark of Omens, after Ulghata pledged to use it to track down one of a series of artefacts known as a Key-Fragment. However disaster struck, when the Sobbing God and its Balefleet emerged from the Warp amid a tendril of Hive Fleet Kraken. The Space Hulk's escorts were soon overrun and Ulghata and his surviving forces retreated into the depths of the Sobbing God. There, they fortified their position, as the Tyranids invaded the Space Hulk and poured down every corridor. Despite their efforts, the Scourgemaster and his forces quickly found themselves besieged within the heart of the Sobbing God.^[1]

• Scourgemaster is a Night Lords title,^[2][3] though it has not been confirmed if Ulghata is a member of the Traitor Legion.^[1]
