Ullantis VI is an Imperial world in the Realm of Ultramar.[1]
While it was not originally a part of the region, this changed[1] when Lord Commander Guilliman ordered his Tetrarchs to increase the size of Ultramar. Each was given an area to expand into[2] and Ullantis VI found itself in the path of Tetrarch Decimus Androdinus Felix. When the Tetrarch arrived to claim the world, however, its Imperial Governor refused to hand his command of Ullantis VI over to Ultramar.[1] Guilliman had given the Tetrarchs the power to increase Ultramar's size as they saw fit though,[2] and so Felix reluctantly ordered the defiant Governor's execution. The Tetrarch then personally killed the Governor himself and Ullantis VI became a part of the Realm of Ultramar.[1]
