Urbit Poralius was a former Planetary Governor of the Imperial world Moracre on the Eastern Fringe.[1]

His son, Memet, was to be Urbit's successor, but the younger Poralius grew tired of waiting for the Planetary Governor to die. This led Memet to leave their home world and his journey allowed him to make contact with the emergent T'au Empire. After making many illicit deals with the Xenos, Memet established a trade route between the Empire and Moracre. The immense amount of wealth he gained from this enabled Memet to fund a rebellion that overthrew his father's rule of their home world. Memet then personally killed Urbit and as his father's blood was still fresh on his hands, he became Moracre's new Planetary Governor. Now fully in control of his Homeworld, Memet began an open allegiance with the T'au Empire.[1]
