Patriarchs of Ulixis
Hello. About your deletion of the part about 'seconding veterans to the Ultramarines Chapter'. But in the Source #1 (White Dwarf 286) really stated that 'Captain of the Patriarchs of Ulixis is a Current Commander of the Honour Guard of the Ultramarines, though he is not from the Ultramarines Chapter' (see attached screenshot).
