Utility Hauler
Utility Haulers are Imperial transports that are used to move heavy freight like, industrial materials, ammunition or even beasts for slaughter.[1]
Description
They are used throughout the Imperium and are both cheap to make and easily available. During the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy, these ubiquitous craft were also effortlessly converted into troop transports for the Imperialis Militia. However, Utility Haulers were not ideally suited for this task, as they are predominantly slow, lightly armoured and are all but unarmed. This could be somewhat negated, by retrofitting the craft with improvised armour or by using Utility Haulers that were designed to be used in hazardous environments. These better armoured and protected craft though, lost some of the mobility that lesser armoured Utility Haulers had.[1]

Armaments
Utility Haulers could be equipped with Searchlights, a Dozer Blade and one front hull mounted Hunter-Killer Missile. Cargo Haulers could also be given one Pintle Weapon, while Armoured Haulers could be equipped with three.[1]
