Venwicke

Venwicke was a Marshal of the Adeptus Arbites.[1]
At one point, Venwicke launched an investigation of Governor Gleskis. After her investigation was obstructed, Venwicke refused to give up and instead resorted to more esoteric means to determine the governor's standing: the Scales of Guilt. Mere hours afterwards, the Arbites fired their first shot.[1]
