Verask

Verask is a Mars Adeptus Mechanicus Enginseer, who is respected amongst his peers for his innate connection to the Machine Spirits of war engines and for his uncompromising brutality in battle.[1b]
History
He is also the commander of Mars' Maniple Verask-Alpha strike force, which Verask first assembled to defend him as Orks invaded the turbine-city of Shadravorsk. As the fighting raged around them, the Maniple destroyed waves of Xenos, even as the Enginseer sought to repair damaged Exchanger Shrines and recover precious Archeotech dropped by slain Tech-Magi.[1a]
