Vesper Kith
Vesper Kith, Dark Spear of Alaitoc, is an Asuryani Farseer from the Craftworld Alaitoc.[1]
History
He was among[1] the Asuryani and Drukhari forces that invaded the Chinchare Subsector in the wake of the Thirteenth Black Crusade. The Xenos sought to rebuild ancient monoliths located on many of the Subsector's worlds in order to dissipate dangerous warp currents that were threatening the very fabric of the Webway. However the Imperium would later launch the Dark Crusade's Kith Campaign against the invading Xenos.[2] The Campaign was named after Kith himself, as research on the various Asuryani and Drukhari in the Chinchare Subsector, led the Imperium to determine that the Farseer was a leader who posed a major threat to it.[1] During the course of the Campaign, Kith coordinated several attacks on Imperial worlds,[3] which included those upon Orthrea. These attackers were then investigated by the Ordo Xenos Interrogator Janus Dubois, who served the High Inquisitor Geromius Staanberg. Dubois, though, would fail to find the purpose or pattern to the attacks.[1] While the Imperium later defeated and reaped a high cost in lives against the invading Asuryani and Drukhari, Kith was among those that survived the conflict.[2]
