Vilidad Prime is an Imperium Mining World that is rich in Adamantium.[1]
History
In 006.M40, the world was invaded by the Flawless Host Warband, due to its population's lack of beauty. Though Vilidad was defended by the 122nd Imeldan Destriers, who also monitored its Imperial Tithe, the Regiment was no match for the Flawless Host. It was only with the sudden appearance of the Legion of the Damned that Vilidad was saved and the Warband retreated in defeat.[1]
Afterwards, it was discovered that the battle had uncovered new veins of Adamantium on Vilidad's surface. This allowed the nearby Forge World Lipitou Anville to triple its production of war materiel and ensured most of its labours benefited the Space Marine Chapters.[1]
