In 544.M32, a large Ork Waagh! invaded Vorinth and laid claim to the world after destroying the Knight Houses of Illius and Nero[1a]. The Imperium would later reclaim Vorinth, but with its Knight Houses destroyed, it was no longer classed as a Knight World.[1b] It later suffered an attack by the Necron Novokh Dynasty in the Wars of Steel.[2]
