Water Bringer

The Lann Caihe or Water Bringer is the second-in-command of Eldar Capital Ships, so named for their duty to bring reason and level-headedness to their Craftmistress so that she does not fall to the temptations of violence and vengeance to which the Aeldari are uniquely prone.[1]
