X-101 is an Imperial Servitor discovered aboard a Blackstone Fortress.[1b]
Though its origins are a mystery, X-101 has been outfitted for salvage duties with various industrial loading and hauling attachments, suggesting it was purposely brought aboard the Blackstone Fortress by Imperial explorers. Whatever its reason for being brought on board, X-101 is the only member of its original exploration party to have survived. It has stood inert for an indeterminable number of centuries, its systems powered down while it awaited new instructions. But with the arrival of the denizens of Precipice, the Servitor's auto-subjugation routines have once more been activated and it now loyally follows explorers who delve further into the Fortress.[1b]
