Yothagna
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Yothagna is a form of meditation consisting of various controlled breathing patterns and body movements.[1]
Overview
Yothagna techniques can be practiced atop a rug on the floor. Some techniques involve sitting cross-legged with one's back straight and eyes closed, hands resting on one's knees with palms facing upward. Then while in this position, take three deep breaths, then three short, loud ones. Next, raising one's arms high over their head and opening them.[1]
Known Practitioners
Some Adeptus Custodes practice yothagna in their spare time. One such practitioner is Maldovar Colquan, the Tribune Actuarius of the Stratarchis, who oversees all off-Terra operations of the Custodes.[1]
