History
The Craftworld was known as a jewel of the Aeldari race, and in the days shortly after the Fall of the Eldar it was well known to even the still-mortal Phoenix Lords for its artisanry and mastery of esoteric weaponry. Tragically, the world was destroyed for its wavering proximity to the Eye of Terror, from which a ripple of the psychic shockwave released by Slaanesh during the Fall of the Eldar tore the souls from those on the craftworld and shattered its hallowed architecture. The world was revisited by those who had not been present for the cataclysm, but was unrecoverable and left adrift.[3]
Recent History
In 928.M41, the Phoenix Lords Arhra and Karandras of the Striking Scorpions would clash in the broken ruins of the ancient Craftworld. Outnumbered and unable to defeat his former master in combat, Karandras goaded his predecessor into a blind frenzy over a grueling seventeen day battle, and melted into a patch of darkness at a critical moment, disappearing entirely. That left Arhra in murderous rage, slaughtering all of his own disciples.[1a]
Some time in or after 001.M42, Yvraine ventured with the Ynnari to the Craftworld; she hoped to find an inactive portal to the ancient reliquary world of Belial IV, on which she had abandoned the final Crone Sword. There she was joined by Jain Zar, whose resurrection Ynnead had enabled, and some time later by Drazhar. In an epic and grim reflection of the battle of the Phoenix Lords, Drazhar and Jain Zar duelled upon the craftworld, but the Banshee quickly disarmed the Incubus and killed him.[3]
