Cytheris Sub-Sector

The Cytheris Sub-Sector is an Imperial Subsector within the Macharian Sector. It is named after one of Sejanus' daughters slain in the Macharian Heresy.^[1]

Cytheris is the largest and most important of the Macharian subsectors, it hosts many key worlds, including the sector capital Persepolis, trade powerhouse Asterion, the forge world Eskutchax, and the shrine world Macharia itself. The sub-sector is notably sheltered from Warp Storms, making travel between the worlds of Cytheris smoother than elsewhere in the sector.^[1]

  • Macharia - Shrine World and birthplace of Macharius.^[1]

• Esker System
  • Eskutchax - Young Forge World that was founded to supply armaments to the Macharian Crusade.^[1]

• Geminax System
  • Crultus - Agri-World and agricultural centre of the Sector.^[1]

• Gravchek System
  • Leonova - Hive World and major Mining World.^[1]

• Harjian System
  • Harjus - Agri-World.^[1]

• ID-3421-G3 System
  • Vitezovich - Dead World from Exterminatus 400 years ago.^[1]

• Lysandria System
  • Varkassa - Mining World now largely spent of resources.^[1]

• Maleer System
  • Maleer - Knight World of House Vandensarg.^[1]
  • Omyr - Feral World.^[1]

• Persepolis System
  • Persepolis - Only inhabited world in its system which serves as the Sector Capital.^[1]

• Shudhan System
  • Belnshudha - Once a thriving Hive World, it was subjected to Exterminatus during the Indomitus Crusade for unknown reasons.^[1]

• Sidon's Lament System
  • Illisear - Feral World and the site of much Missionarus Galaxia activity.^[1]

• Tyrasia System
  • Dao Teyras - Indomitus Crusade Hub-Fortress ruled directly by the Administratum.^[1]

• Voll System
  • Voll - Hive World whose bio-rich soil is often used for medication and stimulants.^[1]
