Chapter Approved 2004 was a supplement for the 3rd Edition of the Warhammer 40,000 game.
It was subtitled The Fourth Book of the Astronomican in reference to the original Book of the Astronomican, as it continued the series of books that collected the most popular and significant developments for the game published in White Dwarf Magazine.
