Conflicting Sources

Reports conflict as to the fate of the Caesar.

• According to one report, the vessel was destroyed by Hive Fleet Behemoth during the Battle for Macragge (745.M41)^[2];
• Others say that the vessel survived until 854999.M41^[1b], when Lord Calgar took the Ultramarines' First Company to Talassar to confront the Daemon Prince M'kar.^[3]
