Etrian is an Imperial Gas Giant, also known as Trisolian A-2. It is orbited by a single moon named Momus with the extraction and processing city known as the Heptaligon built into said moon.[1]
The Heptaligon is the capital city and processing center of the Trisolian Forge World. Rather than being a single world, the Trisolian Forge World is made up of four orbital cities in the system, the largest being the Heptaligon in orbit of Trisolian A-2.[1]
Etrian is the home of a Xenos species of armoured creatures with their primary feature being a gaseous bladder. These xenos are hostile to intruders and often attack the harvesting operations the Mechanicus run in the planets atmosphere to extract exotic heavy elements and precious isotopes.[1]
