Trisolian System
The Trisolian System is a Imperial star system located near Beta-Garmon.[1a] The system is of modest importance, but its true value was during the Horus Heresy was its close proximity to places of true significance.[1d]
The star system is trinary star system, made up of three stars. The primary star at the center is Trisolian A, a large blue-white star with a solar output many million times that of Sol. The other two stars in the system are two tidally locked red dwarfs that orbit Trisolian A at a distance a thousand times longer than that of Neptune from the sun.[1a]
The star system also has four planets and is the location of the Trisolian Forge World. The Trisolian Forge World is not a typical Forge World. It is made up of the four orbital facilities, each circling one of the star system's planets. [1a]
The Trisolian System once was the site of the Battle of Trisolian during the Horus Heresy.[1c]

- Etrian, a Gas Giant also known as Trisolian A-2. [1a]
- Momus, a moon orbiting Etrian, hollowed out and colonized internally by the Mechanicum. The orbital city Heptaligon is anchored to the moon and serves as the capital and processing hub of the Forge World. [1a]
- Trisolian A-3, the planet houses large underground agrifarms to feed the Forge World. [1a]
- Trisolian A-4, also houses large underground agrifarms. [1b]
