History
He was part of the allied Ork, Chaos and Drukhari forces, that invaded the Imperium's Charydis Sector, in late M41. One of the battles fought in the invasion, was on an Imperial world that contained an inactive Warlord Titan. This Titan was coveted by Abaddon the Despoiler, who personally commanded the Black Legion's forces in the alliance, and he used his Xenos allies to aid him in its capture.[1] Arrayed against them, however, was the Astra Militarum and the Dark Angels Chapter, who were led by Grand Master Azrael. The Imperial forces were also being aided by the Craftworlds Miel Carn and Saim-Hann, who had agreed to aid in the Charydis Sector's defense.[2] Under Abaddon's orders though,[1] the Archon Shadowlord, the Ork Warlord Ghazghkull Thraka and Biggobb[2] lured Azrael away from the spaceport that held the Warlord Titan. Once they did so, the Black Legion launched its attempt to secure the Titan.[1]
When it was firmly in the Black Legion's control, the Imperial and Craftworld forces knew the battle was over. However, when Grand Master Azrael spotted several Fallen near Abaddon the Despoiler, he led the Dark Angels in a charge. They then ran towards the Despoiler, despite Biggobb's Ork hordes being nearby as well. Once the battle was joined though, the Warboss shockingly turned upon Abaddon and the Black Legion. The Warboss had always sought to be the sole victor of the battle, but had been prevented from attacking the Black Legion, due to Ghazghkull Thraka's presence. But when the Warlord suffered injuries that took him out of the battle, Biggobb was finally able to take action. As the three forces fought each other though, Biggobb's Orks were unable to gain the upper hand. It would ultimately be Abaddon who did so, after he struck down Azrael and soon forced the Dark Angels to retreat. With that, the surviving Imperial and Craftworld forces fled from the world and Biggobb's Orks retreated as well. What became of the Warboss afterwards, is not known.[2]
