The 11th Antari Rifles is a regiment of the Imperial Guard.[1a]
Overview
Used as shock troops to break enemy defences, the 11th Antari Rifles were led by General Juna Keene and Commissar Severina Raine. During the fighting on Laxus Secundus as part of the Bale Stars Crusade, the Antari Rifles suffered heavy losses thanks to the machinations of the heretical Lord General Militant Alar Serek against Sighted Chaos Cult forces as part of his effort to silence Raine's knowledge of his treachery.[1b] However, Raine was able to fake her death and expose then kill Serek, leading to the Antari Rifles then being assigned to hunt down the remaining conspirators.[1c]
