The 140th Company of the Imperial Fists Legion is known to have been active during the Great Crusade.[1]
A number of units from the 140th Company were stationed aboard the warship Lacedaemon at the outbreak of the Horus Heresy, many of whom were lost during the warp transit to the Phall System and the subsequent battle against the Iron Warriors.[1]
