The Abiding Mantle is a relic of the Leagues of Votann.[1]
Belonging to the Urani-Surtr Regulates, the name of whatever skilled craftsman built this device is not recorded. This cloak is laced with chamelioweave and contramotive optic damper-circuits, causing the wearer to blend in amongst the ranks of their comrades.[1]
