Alchemicus Familiars are a type of Familiar used by Genestealer Cults. [1a]
These Familiars are granted to a Biophagus by the Patriarch to aid them in their synthesizing of xenos biomatter. It will also sneak into safeguarded facilities to disperse chemical agents into the water supply or air filtration systems.[1a]
