Archasta
Archasta was a high-ranking member of the Sons of Horus Legion, during the Horus Heresy.[1b]
History
He was among the Sons of Horus forces,[1b] that the Chief Apothecary Vardesh Kraiya commanded on Luna, as the Siege of Terra was being fought. However, the Siege ended with the Imperium victorious and Warmaster Horus dead at the Emperor's hands. The Warmaster's death caused the Traitors to retreat from Terra and the arrival of numerous Imperial warships ended any chance of Vardesh's forces escaping from Luna.[1a] The Imperium soon launched an attack to reclaim the moon and Archasta was given command of a large force, which contained most of the Sons of Horus' armoured vehicles.[1b] While they reaped a heavy toll on the Loyalists, though, the Imperium reclaimed Luna from the Traitors.[1c]
