Kiron was one of the Astartes assigned to the Crusader Host when the Horus Heresy broke out. At that point, Rogal Dorn ordered the Host be captured, and Yasu Nagasena led a force of 3,000 men to that aim, resulting in the surviving Astartes' imprisonment in Khangba Marwu.[1b]
He was one of the Astartes who escaped from the prison, and had formed a close friendship with Orhu Gythua of the Death Guard.[1b] Fiercely loyal to Fulgrim, he was one of the Outcast Dead bent on going back to their respective Legions.[1c]
An accomplished swordsman[1b] and sharpshooter, he boasted an unbroken streak of headshots from their escape until the battle against Babu Dhakal's men. His chest was crushed by a blow from Ghota's hammer and he died next to his friend.[1c]
