Asmodiox Sector
The Asmodiox Sector is a sector of Imperial space located in the Segmentum Pacificus. It was invaded by the Tyranids of Hive Fleet Leviathan during the Fourth Tyrannic War.[1]

History
In the Age of the Dark Imperium, Asmodiox was dealing with a number of crises, including both an Ork Waaagh! rampaging through three subsectors and a Knydd migration that disrupted shipping between Ammonius and Neverdarke.[1]
These events held the attention of Sector Command, but worse was to come. Distracted by the existing xenos incursion, Imperial officials failed to notice the signs of another - a number of astropathic beacons at the rimward edges of the Asmodiox and Morpheum sectors were going dark one after another. Realisation finally came after the flood of Orks attacking the Byroth Sub-Sector suddenly dried up, only to be replaced with swarms of Tyranids from a tendril of Hive Fleet Leviathan.[1]
This tendril, designated Nautilon, had attacked Asmodiox from above the galactic plane. Its projected course took it through Asmodiox and towards the western edge of the Vynor Sector.[1]
