Byroth Sub-Sector

The Byroth Sub-Sector is a subsector of Imperial space, located in the Asmodiox Sector of Segmentum Pacificus.[1]
History
In the Age of the Dark Imperium, three of Asmodiox's subsectors (Byroth, along with the Polidara and Shaele subsectors) were invaded by an Ork Waaagh!.[1]
The forces of the Astra Militarum defended a number of Byroth's worlds against the invading Orks. After some time, the tide of Orks started to lessen, much to the relief of Byroth's beleaguered defenders. Soon afterwards, however, the reason for the Orks' diminished assault became clear - the advance of Nautilon, a tendril of the Tyranid Hive Fleet Leviathan. Once again Byroth's worlds became a battlefield between humanity and invading xenos.[1]
