Baalbehk is a Necron Overlord.^[1a]

A member of the Awakened Council, Baalbehk replaced the Cryptek Quellkah after he had resigned his post and succumbed to the Flayer Virus. He presided over the tribunal concerning the dispute between Trazyn and Orikan and ruled in favour of the latter, decreeing that the Astrarium Mysterios was a free object that could belonged to whoever possessed it. Trazyn then realized that Baalbehk was being subtletly manipulated by Orikan, who had reset the timeline multiple times until he had a magistrate that would rule in his favour.^[1a]

By the end of the 41st Millennium, the Awakened Council dissolved when Baalbehk, who had replaced Quellkah, launched a coup against Zuberkar. Zuberkar was destroyed and Oussuaria went to war with Baalbehk.^[1b]
