Barachiel (High Chaplain)

Barachiel was a former High Chaplain of the Blood Angels Chapter.[1]
During his tenure, he ordered that the Blood Angels who serve in the Court Extraordinary must consist of a Sergeant, Sanguinary Priest and Librarian. Though 3,000 years have passed since then, Barachiel's custom still stands and has become one of the Chapter's traditions.[1]
