Battle Group Tartaros

Battle Group Tartaros is one of the Indomitus Crusade's Battle Groups. It is attempting to reclaim the Carrodan System from the T'au Empire.[1b]
History
The Carrodan System was originally held by the Imperium, until its population rebelled and later joined the T'au Empire. The members of Battle Group Tartaros knew none of this, when they arrived in the System to rest and resupply after years of campaigning. While Tartaros had meant to stay there until the Battle Group was ready for their next war zone, this changed when its commanders realized the System was in the hands of Xenos. Orders to engage the T'au and rebels were given immediately and Tartaros' battle weary forces are now attempting to reclaim the Carrodan System for the Imperium.[1b]
