Benathai are eagle-headed psychic puppet familiars created by Harlequin Shadowseers which take the role of the Eagle of Heaven Endobai in their dance. Benathai are short bipeds, less than half the size of an Eldar, with Eagle heads, Holofields and a unique Laser. Shadowseers use the more accute eyes of their Benathai to see psychic communications they would not otherwise be able to see, including those of the Hive Mind.^[1a]

Behavior

Benathai are fiercely loyal guardians, much like their mythic prototype Endobai, and will gladly sacrifice themselves to save their Shadowseer and watch over injured shadowseers defending them to the death.^[1a]
