History
During the Great Crusade, the Primarch Fulgrim embarked on a spectacle to conquer the world with just 7 men (Space Marines): Narvo Quin[1], Grythan Thorn[2], Abdemon, Flavius Alkenex, Kasperos Telmar, Fabius and Cyrius.[3a] An eighth member included the elderly woman Golconda Pyke as Iterator and Diplomat.[3b]
On the world, Fulgrim refused aid from a local brotherhood of warriors as it would have meant admitting his own imperfection; despite nearly dying, he succeeded in conquering the world.[3a]
