Conflicting sources
Codex: Imperial Guard (5th Edition) and Codex: Astra Militarum (8th Edition) state the XXIV's nickname is the "Waiting Death"[1][2], while The Inquisition (Background Book) states it is the "Hellbringers" instead.[3] It is possible that there have been multiple incarnations of this regiment.
