Chanthar

Chanthar was a demagogue of the Chaos army who held the Voltis Citadel on Voltemand during the Sabbat Worlds Crusade.[1]
Biography
Chanthar led a cult that worshiped Khorne. They would wear white robes but dipped in vats of blood. The majority of the men were offworlders, professional soldiers in service to the Archenemy. The cult had boltguns and lasguns, as well as body armour. They also adorned themselves with sigils and runes of Khorne that were cut into their flesh.
Once Sergeant Cluggan of the Tanith First and Only breached the city walls, Chanthar turned a melta gun on himself, knowing that he had lost.[1]
