Chaos Hounds are beasts utilized by the forces of Chaos, usually the Lost and the Damned and other Chaos Cults.^[1]

These are nightmarish beasts twisted and deformed by the powers of the Warp so that glistening muscle and tissue is visible through their hair and what remains of their skin. However despite their frightening appearance they are agile and strong, capable of catching a man and ripping him to shreds within seconds.^[1] They frequently have Ogryn handlers.^[2]

Pox Hounds are a variant of Chaos Hounds that are infected by one of Nurgle's many blights. Their entrails often hang from their hairless and emaciated bodies. The Moebian 6th traitor regiment and the Admonition (Chaos Cult) make use of many of these beasts. Packs are loosed in hunting grounds across Hive Tertium to slake their hunger upon civilians and loyalist forces alike.^[4]
