Overview
At the start of the Horus Heresy, Clan Brannsar was stationed apart from the main bulk of their Legion, their armoured hosts arrived at Tallarn fresh from localised conflicts among the southern Segmentum Tempestus to help the loyalist forces against the Iron Warriors. Around 2,000 Legionaries would fight at the final stages of the battle, confronting the Knights of House Caesarean with their phalanxes of Cerberus and Falchion super-heavy tanks. Thanks to the abundance of more advanced tank variants on the Clan's arsenal, the Iron Hands would have an edge against the overwhelming numbers of Iron Warriors and auxilia vehicles.[1a][1b][1e]
