Crystal Seer
Crystal Seers is a term referring to the ultimate fate of Eldar Farseers.[1] This peculiar transformation turns them into psychocrystal and eventually join with their craftworld's infinity circuit.[3]
Farseer of immense age are eventually effected by their constant scrying. As their bones begin to become partially crystalised, they can hear the psychic heartbeat of Ynnead that pulses through every soul of a craftworld's infinity circuit, at the cusp of their psyche.[2] As Farseers grow old their minds become so closely linked with the wraithbone core of their craftworld that their physical bodies grow dormant. Eventually a Farseer of great age will move to the Dome of the Crystal Seers, gradually crystallizing and presenting their spirit forever within the psycho-conductive infinity circuit.[1]
The crystal seer are to be revered as honoured ancestors in a craftworld's culture. To use them as conduits for psychic energy is a gross misconduct, even more abhorrent than taking a spirit into a waystone and transferring it to a wraith construct.[3]
This psychocrystal material they become has similarities to the psychocrystalline waystones and the crystal sands of the moon Coheria.[4]
