The Cult of the Seven Moons was a Dark Eldar Wych Cult.^[1] Farseer Elthorn Caman of Craftworld Ilmaren orchestrated the rise of Uzgul of the Freebooter Badskab Bukkaneers to control their threat to the craftworld.
