Dasht i-Kevar is an Imperial world that has been invaded by the T'au, though the Astra Militarum has come to its defense.[1]
History
However the Imperium's war effort is put in danger, when a General's Valkyrie is shot down into Dasht i-Kevar's endless and implacable desert by the T'au. He has knowledge that could aid the Xenos in claiming the world and now only the Kasrkin of Cadia have a chance at rescuing the General. Captain Bharath Obeysekera's squadron is chosen for the vital task, but they are not alone in doing so, as others are hunting for the General as well. Worse still, the war for Dasht i-Kevar has caught the attention of something ancient lurking beneath the desert sands...[1]
