Delvetar Astraneus
The Arch-Lecter Delvetar Astraneus, is the commander of the Rogue Trader House Astraneus, which serves as part of the Davamir Compact alliance.[1b]
History
Like the other members of their House, Delvetar was born in the void and as a result they are lank and pale. House Astraneus also worships in the Church of the Shrouded Emperor Imperial Cult, which sees the Emperor as a being in the dark of the void as much as the light of the stars[1b]. Because of this faith, however, none of the other Compact Houses trust the Astraneus.[1a]
Delvetar initially is an enemy of Erastus Lamertine in their power struggles and is even accused of murdering Davos Lamertine by the new lord of the Compact. After an attempt to oust Erastus from power proves unsuccessful, he and his forces are banished.[1c]
Despite their banishment, Delvetar and his forces reappear to later aid the Compact against traitorous Genestealer Cult forces of House Radrexxus, having received Erastus' earlier plea to return to provide aid.[1d]
