Dykurnos VI is an Imperial Segmentum Obscurus Forge World, that lies within the Kurnos Expanse's Dykurnos System, which it rules over.[1]

History
The System itself lies at the edge of a Warp anomaly, which has ejected numerous Space Hulks and derelict ships into the Dykurnos System. This has gone on for millennia and Dykurnos VI's Adeptus Mechanicus forces harvest the countless vessels, that now litter the System, for resources. The experience has caused them to adapt into becoming nomadic scavengers and their expertise has led Dykurnos VI's cohorts to be assigned to Imperial military operations as asset reclamation and salvage specialists. However they have developed a dark notoriety for stripping reusable materials from the dead bodies of the Imperium's foes, as well as from dead or dying Imperials.[1]
Dykurnos VI's colors are tan and red, while its battle servitors and vehicles are black and red. It is known for converting Ogryn Jotunn H-Grade Industrial Servitors into walking Kataphron Destroyers. Dykurnos VI's forces are also aiding in the defense of the Kurnos Expanse, which has been invaded by a tide of horrors since the creation of the Great Rift.[1]

Dykurnos VI, the Dykurnos System, the Kurnos Expanse and the Ogryn Kataphron Destroyers, were created by the Games Workshop employee Andy Barlow. They were featured in the White Dwarf magazine's 2023 A Tale of Four Warlords competition.[1]
