Electro-Flail^[1]

Electro-Flails, also called Shock Whips,^[2] are a type of Shock Weapon consisting of a whip-like weapon with multiple lashes charged with electrical energy. These flails have short reach, but as they strike in devastating masses of hits they can be extremely effective at incapacitating a foe.^[1] These instruments are often employed where workers or slaves require additional encouragement. Although not designed for combat, its reach can prove useful in dire situations.^[2]
