The Eye of Terror Codex was released in 2003 to accompany the Eye of Terror summer campaign.[1]
Contents
The Eye of Terror codex is a campaign book similar to Codex: Armageddon. It centers around the battle fought in the 13th Black Crusade, in and around the Cadian Gate. Featuring four variant army lists, background information on the campaign and a full colour hobby guide for the forces fighting.[1]

The Codex includes four army lists[1a]
- Imperial Guard - Cadian Shock Troops[1a]
- Chaos - The Lost and the Damned[1a]
- Space Wolves - 13th Company[1a]
- Eldar - Ulthwé Strike Forces[1a]
The Codex includes two new special character for the Imperial Guard, Lord Castellan Ursarkar E. Creed and Jarran Kell.[1b]
