History
They are bloodthirsty assault specialists, who unlike other Alpha Legion Warbands prefer to attack their foes head on[1b]. The First Strike are active in the Ultima Segmentum and are also know for favoring chainblades and wearing the skulls of their enemies as trophies[1a]. They have suffered losses to the Indomitus Crusade[1b] and currently number 30 members, along with a battered Strike Cruiser that serves as the Warband's base of operations.[1a]
In M42, they were one of the warbands that joined Solomon Akurra's Ghost Legion coalition of Alpha Legion warbands.[1b]
