Gammadin
Gammadin is a Chaos Lord and leader of the Blood Gorgons.[1b]

Known as the Khorsaad, Gammadin was the figure who reunified the Blood Gorgons during their period of civil infighting and set them on the path of the renegade. He also developed the Blood Gorgon's blood ritualistic bonding derived from Chaos lore, and Gammadin was known to dabble in Daemonology. Gammadin was blood-bonded with his trusted subordinate, Monomachus, until the latter transformed into a Chaos Spawn. The Chaos Lord was forced to kill him, and proved unable to blood-bond with any other of his subordinates, until a young Sabtah was found to be both compatible and resilient enough to survive the torturous rituals to become Gammadin's new ward and bond-brother.[1b]
After centuries of leadership, Gammadin faced a major test to his power when the Blood Gorgons Sorcerer Anko Muhr attempted to usurp him on the world of Belasia, killing Sabtah.[1a] However ultimately, the Khorsaad proved victorious in the struggle and continues to lead the warband. He also selected the young Blood Gorgon Barsabbas as his new bond-brother.[1c]
