Golden Demon 1999 Winner, Jakob Nielsen, holds aloft the Slayer Sword[5]
The Golden Demon competition is a miniature painting and modelling competition run by Games Workshop.[1] The best-of-the-best at each competition is named the overall winner and presented with the legendary Slayer Sword.[1] The first Golden Demon was held on June 27 1987.[2] Until 2014 Golden Demon was held at the same time as Games Day.[3]
